Return and Exchange Policy: Modification, Cancellation, and Replacement Policy
We are committed to providing the best service to our customers, and you have the right to cancel the order and return items according to the cancellation and return policy.
Modification
1- The seal will be executed according to the data and information entered in the order immediately upon receipt of the payment. If the customer wishes to modify before execution, the modification will be accepted without any additional costs.
2- If the customer requests a modification after execution and before receiving the seal, the modification will be made at the customer's account.
Cancellation
1- The customer has the right to cancel the order before execution and receive a full refund.
2- The paid amount will be refunded to the customer's account as soon as the customer's information is received clearly.
3- If the customer purchased products using Visa or MasterCard, and wishes to recover the amount, compensation will be through a refund to the same Visa or MasterCard used for the purchase, subject to the bank's (or electronic payment intermediary's) refund policy.
4- If the customer received a free balance or a free shopping voucher, they are not entitled to convert any of them into cash.
5- For orders made via Tabi or Tamara, the customer is not allowed to cancel or replace the order.
Replacement
1- The seal will be replaced if it shows damage or an error in the execution process within 3 days of receiving the seal, and all shipping and replacement costs will be borne by us.
2- If the customer wishes to replace or return for any other reason, the products must be undamaged due to human causes, and the customer bears the cost of design, execution, and shipping. The remaining amount from the product price will be refunded.
Refund amount = Paid amount - (shipping cost + return cost + design and execution cost).
Shipping and Delivery
The store is not responsible for delays in shipments caused by the shipping company.
